Inquiry
When inquired by a customer, create a new project on Project Master immediately. Dropbox project folder, Asana project and tasks, Hubspot deals are automatically created.
Take estimate
Negotiate with several suppliers with email. After getting the estimate, input estimated amount to expense of Project Master.
Make estimate
Based on the estimate, create estimate and send it on Xero.
Order Confirmation
Get confirmation of the order from the customer and update status of Project Master and Hub Spot.
Working
Start creating design / printing / web and manage on Asana.
Delivery
Create invoice and send the product to the customer.
Cash up
After invoiced, make it cashed up as soon as possible.
